Commission's Internship Program

The commission's internship program provides students a unique opportunity to experience real world operations in a state agency and serve fellow Texans.

To participate in the commission’s internship program, a student must maintain current enrollment at a college or university and must have successfully completed at least 15 hours college or university coursework. While internships generally are unpaid, participants can obtain internship credit at most colleges and universities.

Interested students must submit an internship application to the commission by mail at P.O. Box 13144, Austin, Texas, 78711.
