Renewal Information

Arbitrators renew biennially with the renewal date being the original commission certification date. Renewals notices are sent 60 and 30 days prior to expiration to the last known address. Renewals are accepted with the proper form, attestations, signature, proof of five hours of approved continuing education credits and a $50 filing fee. The Late filing renewals are accepted up to 60 days post expiration, if accompanied by an additional $50 late filing fee.
